Allan Roy Rodriguez is the HR, Head of Compensation and Benefits of Dhofar Global. He holds more than 15 years of experience in the Human Resources with specialization in Compensation and Benefits. He has worked in diversified sectors like Fashion Retail, IT Research and Development, Call Center, and Construction Oil and Gas industries.

He has been with Dhofar Global for six years. Apart from the Compensation and Benefits, Allan Roy also has a wide range of generalist role in the company including Management strategic support, HR operations, talent acquisition and retention, learning and development, employee relations, engagement, well-being and support across its country branches in UAE, Qatar and Oman.

Allan Roy holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with multi-degrees in Human Resources Development Management and Management Accounting in the Philippines. He is also a qualified HR professional and an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), UK.
